Comprehensive Package
Our ongoing, Comprehensive Admissions Guidance program is suitable for students finishing 10th grade, currently in 11th grade, or approaching 12th grade. This package is ideal for students who are seeking acceptance to highly competitive colleges.
Focused Senior Package
The focused senior package is suitable for students starting the last year of high school. Because the US college application process typically ends around December of the senior year, This package follows an accelerated timeline.

Comprehensive College Guidance Package
Our ongoing, Comprehensive Admissions Guidance program is suitable for students finishing 10th grade, currently in 11th grade, or approaching 12th grade. If the student is in a 3-year highs school program, this package covers students who are finishing the 1st year of high school or currently in the 2nd year of high school. This package is ideal for students who are seeking acceptance to highly competitive schools and consists of:
Before the application process
- An initial consultation with the student and parent(s)
- An overview of the college admissions process
- A review and assessment of the student’s academic record and curriculum
- Analysis of transcripts, high school activities, student information sheet, standardized testing scores and development of a preliminary list of schools that may be adjusted throughout the process when need
- Personalized timelines
- Advice on standardized testing strategies
- Advice on extracurricular and summer activities. We will work together with the student to find summer and school year activities that best showcase student skills and interests. We strive to find an enriching extracurricular experience that will reflect positively upon the student during the application process.
During the application process
- Advice on how best to communicate with colleges regarding special talents
- Interview practice and coaching
- Guidance on writing application essays and comments on drafts
- Application proofreading
After decisions are released
- Deferral and waitlist review and action plans
- Assistance with final decision
We communicate frequently and remain available throughout the process to respond to questions and/or concerns, and continuously refine the college list, ultimately giving each student our collective analysis of the degree of difficulty of individual colleges to maximize optimum choices.
This package includes applications for up to 8 college/universities. Additional college applications are supported at extra fee.
Focused Senior Package
The focused senior package is suitable for students starting the last year of high school. This package consists of:
- an initial consultation with the student and parent(s)
- an overview of the college admissions process
- a review and assessment of the student’s academic record and academic curriculum
- advice on standardized testing
- assistance in developing a preliminary college list and continued development of that list throughout the process
- interview practice and advice
- guidance on writing application essays and comments on drafts
Because the US college application process starts in August prior to the senior year, and typically ends around December of the senior year, our Focused Senior Package works on an accelerated timeline.
This package includes applications for up to 8 colleges/universities. Additional college applications are supported at extra fee.
On Demand Consulting Services
Some students and families, through their research and experience, may have a good understanding and head start on the college application process. However, these students may still desire professional help in a specific area, such as:
- College list development
- Specialized program, joint program information
- Essay and application completion
- High school curriculum and extracurricular advising
